Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags still attached
  • In the original packaging

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Women’s V-Neck T-Shirts if the protective strip has been removed.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
  2. Wait for Approval: Our Indianapolis-based team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
  3. Ship Your Return: Once approved, ship the item(s) to:

Refund Information

Once your return is processed:

  • Timing: Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired size/color is out of stock:

  • We’ll notify you via email
  • You may choose a different item or receive a refund

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding Asia and some remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
